Experience: Chris Scott has worked in Casino Marketing Management for 24 years in Reno & Lake Tahoe and is a specialist in the development, implementation and operation of Junket and Charter Programs.

Chris Scott

Chris has 24 years of experience in the casino industry. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and then, moved directly into the casino business. He learned the trade while with Boomtown Hotel & Casino where he held management positions in marketing, sales and operations. At Boomtown, he gained his appreciation for the importance of customer service and for building client loyalty through personal relationships.
 
Chris joined Harrah’s Entertainment in 1998, to develop Junket Programs for Harrah’s Northern Nevada. In a very short period of time, he was instrumental in rapidly expanding Reno and Tahoe’s “National” presence, significantly increasing gaming revenues. He directed the Air & Junket Programs including
charter operations from over 100 originating cities and was the Key Liaison with Harrah’s Junket Network. No longer was Harrah’s Northern Nevada
primarily a regional presence; their notoriety expanded throughout the US.
 
In most recent years, Chris has been hired by several casino operators interested in Charter Air, Junket Programs and NEW client development. His past experience, proven track record and passion to succeed, has assisted each with increasing their VIP client database and gaming revenues. He created, developed, and managed
two separate VIP Charter Air Programs, exposing his employers to new markets, motivated Junket Representatives and many more future opportunities.
 
Chris has proven experience in all facets of casino marketing including database marketing, special events management, Host management, Asian Marketing, Player Development and new Program Development. And he is an accomplished professional in Aviation Program Creation, Scheduling, Inventory Yield and Program Operations. He has many aviation contacts for small, medium and large aircraft for charter and has great working relationships with all commercial airline groups departments.
